Cross your fingers for the U.S.

Well, the election is tomorrow. I am very, very nervous! I guess all we can do is sit and watch! If McCain wins, I will be taking Wednesday off from work to mourn the loss of an important election and to decide which part of Europe I'm moving to. Not that I'm superstitious in any way, but *crosses fingers, legs, eyes, and any other crossable body part I can think of*

I hear Italy is nice. Though I also recommend the south coast of England.

The chances of Obama not winning are remote, but even so, I share your concern.

Southern Spain is nice. Very warm.

Given that the word verification code I have been asked for is "chabli" then can I suggest that Burgundy might be a nice place to settle. Not too far away from Champagne and Paris within easy reach.

What more could you want?

Epeeist,

I've just been asked for "crowli" which (nearly) suggests something devilish may be going on...

Let's hope not!

I ought say, since it's spectacularly unclear (as I didn't mention it) that the "devilish" thing was a reference to the fact that, as a correspondent to the UK's Private Eye magazine pointed out, "Sarah Palin Vice President" is an anagram of "Is perhaps devil incarnate".

Happily, we don't have to worry about it now. :-)

Haha, I didn't know that, Mark. That's awesome, though! :)
